STUDIO REGISTRATION FORM:
Participation is open to students ages 10 through Professional. Two levels of classes, intermediate and advanced, will be taught. Tuition is $150 per student, minimum of 30 students, with the following discounts:

Please make ONE check payable to New York Dance Jamz, Inc. A 50% deposit must be included with registration form 4 weeks prior to workshop dates. Late registration is $175 per student. Returned checks will be charged $25 per check. No refunds. Final payment must be made before start of the first season.
